REGISTRATION
Day Care & Boarding is subject to pre screening and availability. A 24 hour advance reservation is recommended to ensure proper space. The health and safety of your dog is our primary concern. To that end, any dog that wishes to participate in our services at Pampered Paws must:

Participate in an interview process, NO aggressive dogs are allowed.

Provide vaccination and shot records for: *DHLPP *BORDATELLA & *RABIES.

Please keep in mind: Vaccination can reduce the risk of a dog contracting canine influenza. Vaccination may not all together prevent an infection, but it may reduce the severity and duration of clinical illness.

All dogs must wear an appropriate collar with ID tag.

All dogs must be on a flea and tick treatment.

All dogs must complete and sign the Registration Forms (no exceptions)
All breeds and sizes are welcome as long as they pass our screening process. For the health, safety, and well being of our staff and four legged friends, we reserve the right to restrict and/or withdraw admittance.
