REGISTRATION
Day Care & Boarding is subject to pre screening and availability. A 24 hour advance reservation is recommended to ensure proper space. The health and safety of your dog is our primary concern. To that end, any dog that wishes to participate in our services at Pampered Paws must:

Participate in an interview process, NO aggressive dogs are allowed. You may choose to do private boarding if your pet is reactive to other dogs as long as there are no signs of human aggression. Dogs with aggressive behavior towards staff members are not permitted.

Provide vaccination and shot records for: *DHLPP *BORDATELLA & *RABIES. We strongly suggest asking your vet about the K9 Influenza vaccination as well. While this isn't a requirement but can help prevent the spread during peak seasons.

Please keep in mind: Vaccination can reduce the risk of a dog contracting canine influenza. Vaccination may not all together prevent an infection, but it may reduce the severity and duration of clinical illness.

All dogs must wear an appropriate collar and be walked in and out of our facility on leash.

All dogs must be on a flea and tick treatment. If your pet is found to have a flea infestation staff will administer a Capstar flea treatment tablet at owners' expense at the cost of 10 per tablet, 1 tablet per 25 lbs.

All dogs must complete and sign the Registration Forms including the liability waiver.
All breeds and sizes are welcome as long as they pass our screening process. For the health, safety, and well being of our staff and four legged friends, we reserve the right to restrict and/or withdraw admittance.
