Registration

Day Care is subject to prescreening and availability. A 24 hour advance reservation is requested to ensure space. The health and safety of your pet is our primary concern. To that end, we must require that any dog that wishes to participate in our Day Care must:

* Participate in an interview process, No aggressive dogs.

* Provide vaccination and shot records for *DHLPP

* BORDATELLA * RABIES.

* All dogs 6 months old must be spayed or neutered.

* Wear an appropriate collar with ID Tag.

* Be on a flea and tick control treatment.

All breeds and sizes are welcome as long as they pass our temperament screening process. For the health, safety, and well being of our staff and four legged friends, we reserve the right to restrict and/or withdraw admittance.

D. Hold Harmless Agreement

2) Mail, Fax (407) 302-1242, or Bring in the forms to us.

3) Please call (407) 302-4478 to schedule a paw to paw talk.

4) Fax or Bring with you copies of health and vaccination records.
